Good dorm room or low end machine
Debated between giving it a 4 or a 5, w/ the understanding it is a low end machine, qualifies as a 5.
One deficiency is the steamer wand is a little weak.

DeLonghi EC155…did not live up to the BAR32 not even close!
I ordered this after my DeLonghi BAR32 of over 3 years died thinking it was going to not exceed the other model, but do a decent job; But there were problems out of the box…

This was damaged inside the box
I received this item in short time. When I opened the and took it out of the box there was cracks on both sides. I did send it back but I won’t buy this brand again.

Great, but Doesn’t Last
Bought it a year ago. The pump just faded out; intensely cleaned it a few times, but still takes 5 minutes to produce a shot.. Was great at the beginning.

Many hidden costs – can be a nightmare
If you have a problem with the unit, your life will become a nightmare. I have tried on and off for over a year to obtain a part for my Delonghi Dehumidifier.

I love this espresso maker! It is the first higher priced one I’ve purchased and I have found it so easy to use, plus I’m saving tons of money making my own lattes every day.
