Inconsistent Coffee
Have the Juan Valdez pot for over a year now and coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes watery, sometimes ok. Not much flavor. Pot can be noisy.

Coffee pods do not come with the brewer. Huge lie. Amazon needs to clarify this immediately. Waste of time and money.

Died within 3 weeks!!
This is quite possibly the worst purchase I have ever made. It really wasn’t a very good coffeemaker to begin with and it completely died after 3 weeks.
